Booking and Time Management

Set up and tear down are included in your booked time.

Overtime charges: If your session exceeds the allocated time, you will be charged for a full additional hour.

Studio Usage Policies

No glitter is allowed in the studio.

Nudity is strictly prohibited in the studio.

Smoke machines are not allowed in the studio.

Smoking is prohibited on the property.

No drugs or illegal activities of any kind are permitted on the premises.

Equipment and Furniture Handling

DO NOT sit on the glass desk.

DO NOT relocate the glass desk; any breakage will result in your responsibility for replacement costs.

Privacy and Security

Security cameras are in operation within the space. Cameras should not be blocked for any reason.

For changing purposes, please utilize the restroom to ensure privacy.

Music and Noise Level

Music is allowed but must be kept at a respectable level to accommodate our neighbors on each side.

Parking Instructions

Two designated parking spots labeled as 921 are provided directly in front of our unit. Please use these spots or utilize street parking on 10th Ave S.

Liability and Safety

Injuries: We are not liable for injuries, and the Renter takes full responsibility for the safety of all parties while onsite at Studio St Pete.

Age Verification: All ages are allowed in the space, but Renters take full responsibility for verifying the actual age of individuals they are photographing and complying with all Florida Laws.

Equipment and Property Protection

When using lighting equipment or tripods/stands, utilize sandbags to avoid improper weight distribution and damaged equipment.

We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen equipment during your booking.

Wall art can be moved but must be returned to its original location before leaving the studio.

Backdrop paper is available for use. Be considerate of the condition and amount used. Pulley system should be used to raise and lower backdrops. Clips should be used to secure paper, if needed.

To avoid trip hazards, utilize gaffer’s tape to secure cables.

Studio Management

Ensure studio lights and air conditioning are off before leaving the space.

Lower the window shade before exiting.

Lock the studio behind you at the end of your time.

Pets, Food, and Drinks

Pets are allowed in the studio, but please notify us ahead of time.

We request that pets do not sit on the furniture.

No drinks or food on the furniture.

In case of major spills, inform us as soon as possible.

Leave the space as you found it.

Additional Considerations

Candles in the studio are for decorations only and should not be lit at any time.

Drinks and snacks are available for your use, but please be considerate and only take an appropriate amount to ensure availability for others.

Cancellations

Cancellations of hourly bookings are permitted with a full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the booking date/time.

Cancellations of full day bookings are permitted with a full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the booking date.
